License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use FleetMaster Pro for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.
CRITICAL SAFETY WARNING
FleetMaster Pro is a diagnostic aid. Our AI provides suggestions, not commands. You are the expert. Always prioritize safety.
- Always follow official OEM repair procedures.
- Never perform repairs you are not qualified or equipped to do.
- Verify all AI-provided information with trusted sources.
- We are not liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from the use of our app.
- Your safety is your responsibility.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service. This includes but is not limited to:
- Attempting to reverse-engineer our AI models.
- Using the service for any illegal activities.
- Uploading malicious or inappropriate content.
- Sharing your account with unauthorized users.
- Automated scraping or data extraction without permission.
Billing and Subscriptions
- Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) and will auto-renew unless canceled.
- Free trials may be offered and will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial end date.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Access will continue until the end of the current paid period.
- All payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.
- Usage credits (for chats, images, etc.) are non-transferable and expire at the end of each billing cycle. They do not roll over.
Limitation of Liability
FleetMaster Pro is a diagnostic aid, not a replacement for professional judgment.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, VEHICLE DAMAGE, DATA LOSS, OR PERSONAL INJURY.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms, with or without notice.
Mobile Application
- Our mobile app may be subject to additional terms from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- You are responsible for any data charges incurred from using our mobile app.
- We may automatically update the app on your device to add new features or fix bugs.

Emergency & Safety Warning
- If you experience brake failure, steering problems, or other safety issues — STOP driving immediately.
- For emissions, fuel leaks, or fire hazards — contact emergency services if necessary.
- FleetMaster Pro is NOT for emergency situations — always contact qualified professionals immediately.
Liability Waiver & Release
By using FleetMaster Pro diagnostic services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- You use all diagnostic information at your own risk and discretion.
- FleetMaster Pro, its owners, operators, and affiliates are not liable for any damages, injuries, accidents, or losses resulting from use of our services.
- You will not hold FleetMaster Pro responsible for incorrect diagnoses, failed repairs, or consequential damages.
- You understand that AI diagnostic tools have limitations and may provide incorrect information.
- You agree to consult qualified professionals for all safety-critical repairs.
- This waiver applies to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Professional Consultation Required
FleetMaster Pro strongly recommends consulting certified automotive technicians, mechanics, or dealerships before performing any repairs, especially those involving:
- Brake systems, steering, or suspension
- Engine, transmission, or fuel systems
- Electrical systems or safety equipment
- Emissions control or exhaust systems
- Any recall-related repairs
